Natalie Day creates original artworks that are made of the land, with the land. Each piece begins with a relationship to place, from the open expanses of Bodmin Moor to the dramatic north Cornwall coast, and often includes earth pigments gathered from the very landscape that inspired it. These works are not simply about Cornwall; they are materially connected to it, giving each painting a deep sense of origin, memory and presence.

Natalie’s work has featured in major exhibitions at Cornwall Museum & Art Gallery (formerly the Royal Cornwall Museum) and at the Falcon Hotel in Bude and is held in private and corporate collections in the UK and US.

Her studio gallery on the outskirts of Bude is open to visitors by appointment, where you can see original paintings that capture the ancient spirit of Cornwall.
