Bude & Greater Area Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer membership organisation that exists to support and promote business development in and around Bude and the greater north Devon/Cornwall area.
We're here to support local businesses, spark connections, and help our town grow in a way that feels true to who we are. Whether you’re running a small shop, launching something new from your kitchen table, or just love being part of this community - we’re glad you’re here.
Our Chamber brings people together. From networking events and workshops to town festivals and small business spotlights, we’re working behind the scenes (and sometimes right in the middle of things) to make Bude and the surrounding areas great places to live, work, and thrive.
Our Aims
Our primary goal is to be the voice of our local business community! We aim to:

Represent local businesses on key issues that matter to our area—both locally and across the region.
Inform
Keep our members in the loop about developments, opportunities, and changes that could impact them

Shine a spotlight on our members and promote North Cornwall and Devon as a fantastic place to do business

Support and encourage initiatives that help our
local economy grow and thrive.

Encouraging businesses to develop within Bude, and encouraging people to shop local.

more connected community where local businesses can succeed together.
How do we achieve our aims?
The Chamber currently does this through a number of events held throughout the year, facilitating member-to-member discounts, promoting members across our socials and website, and representation on several local groups including the Bude & Stratton Town Council Town Team and the Bude Climate Partnership.
