Heritage Pathfinder

I work with organisations to understand their audiences, visitors or customers better, and to help to evaluate their work. I usually work with charities, heritage organisations, museums and conservation organisations but understanding your visitors, customers or supporters, or assessing the success of a project, is transferrable expertise across many different types of organisation.

My specialist areas are research, evaluation, training and mentoring and I have undertaken many project evaluations, including those externally funded (eg by NHLF).  I bring a wealth of experience from over 35 years in the sector having worked for a range of organisations including National Trust, Wildlife Trusts, Kew Gardens, Local Authorities, Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, Rivers Trusts, Oxford University Museums and English Heritage.
